Submission Process
Securely pack your cards and attach the shipping label to your package. Post it to our receiving center address.
We have receiving centers in the following countries:
1. Japan
2. China
3. Malaysia
4. Thailand
5. Singapore
6. Australia
7. Taiwan
8. United States of America (USA)
9. United Kingdom (UK)
If you're residing in another country that isn't on the list above, you may still post it to the center nearest to your country of residence.
Receiving your Cards
You will be notified via email when your cards arrived at our centres.
Grading & Invoicing
Grading will commence and a payment invoice will be sent to your email. Our certified appraiser will usually complete all grading within 7 business days.
Payment & Shipping
Upon receipt of payment and grading completion, your graded cards will be mailed out within next business day.
Q: How do i obtain the ship to address ?
A: Fill and submit the order form. The shipping instructions and packing guide will be emailed to you.
Q: Will i get notified once VGraders received the mail in physical cards ?
A : Yes, you will notified via email.
Q: If i change my mind and decided not to grade a specific card after posting, how do i contract VGraders ?
A: You can contact us via the email address given to you. State your order number # and your specific request. Ungraded cards will not be charged. We will return it back to you together with your other graded cards. Should you decide not to grade the entire order, a small administrative fees of $20 USD and the return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Q: Can i change the return shipping address ?
A: Upon payment, you will be required to provide your recipient name and ship to address. You will not be able to change once the parcel had been posted out from our grading centers. We are also unable to split a single work order into multiple different packages to multiple addresses.
Q: Why are some cards returned ungraded ?
A: There are very rare situations where we might reject grading of cards based on our company policies. Those cards that are not graded , no fees will be charged. Ungraded cards will be returned together with the other graded cards.
